Hyatt Hotel Perth for breakfast

Looking for an all you can eat breakfast without compromising your wellness.

Try a 30 minute bicycle ride to the gym, a 15 minute upper body workout then a 15 minute jog to the Hyatt Hotel for breakfast.

A high protein low calorie breakfast could include an egg white only omelette. Easily made by the chef in the kitchen on request.

A fruit salad and some muesli could also help. This could then be followed by selected portions of hot food. Such as lean bacon, spinach, cooked zucchini and potato cake. Well I guess you could add in a small sausage if you had worked really hard this morning.

After breakfast a brisk walk into the office in the CBD of Perth.

Chako

All you can eat Korean BBQ.

Check out the website on http://www.chakobbq.ca Nice for winter and if you have the football team coming over to stay. Have to do lots of burpees before going to the restaurant. On this occasion we skied for the whole day in a ski resort in Ontario to build up an appetite.

A photo of our burner at the Chako restaurant. It was kept very busy.

Plenty of pickles to keep us going and wash down the animal fat.

Slippery prawns on the BBQ for brain cholesterol.

Ski Moonstone Resort before the korean BBQ at Chako all you can eat!!

Chako Barbeque Izakaya on Urbanspoon

Check out the ski resort Moonstone in Mt St Louis http://www.mountstlouis.com/ Only about 90 minutes by car from Toronto. If you can ski about 4 hours you could burn up to 2400 calories.
