We had the degustation menu with wines. The salmon was delicate, red mullet subtle, quail gestational, lamb & black garlic pantomimetic and desert stealthy. Dessert wine was sweet to complement. Service was excellent and non alcoholic cocktails searched the palate. For example the lemon lime & bitters bodered on bitter rather than sweet. The noise levels were low.

Nobu Perth
Awesome fusion Japanese. Ambiance conversational and seating cosy.
The set menu. A little pricey with Chef's Omakase at $200 per head. Made the two men wince and the lady cough.
Tuna with capers - tasty with parsley works for the boys.
Salmon with pear it works for the ladies.
Tacos - grand, fusion mexican!
Salmon Skin Salad crunchy with sanppy veges.
Beef with truffles - heavenly
Beef with teriyaki to contrast the truffles. The truffles wins hands down.
Salted caramel - what a balancing act
Great meal for two men and a lady. If the "man" brings his inventions to Perth then we will be set for the big omakase with our next visit.
