Lemonade LAX

Healthy salad bar at Los Angles airport. Trying to beat the jet lag by eating healthy food see http://www.lemonadela.com/locations/los-angeles/lax

Some interesting salads and foods were kale with mushrooms & kumquat;  roasted heirloom carrot with basil; Israeli couscous wild mushroom with Parmesan; broccoli ricotta champagne vinaigrette; Jamaican jerk chicken. citrus poached salmon fillet.   Water  USD 3.5

Salmon fillet, carrots and couscous. 3 portions USD9.

Chicken, Kale and broccoli. 3 portions USD9. See the menu at Lemonade LAX Menus.pdf

We were waiting for our flight to San Juan Puerto Rico. We thought this was a healthy choice. It was although the food tasted like healthy food made not to taste like healthy food. Seems a mouthful. It actually helped as 48 hours before dining here we had flown all the way from another continent. The salads and healthy choices helped. Other things were drinking plenty of water (USD3 per bottle), walking around the airport for physical activity and adjusting our clocks to the local time.
