The Original Pantry Cafe LA Live Los Angeles

A Diner. Fast paced dude food before the game. Hard core.
5 to 10 minutes walk from JW Marriot LA Live where I was staying for a 2 night meeting. My local friend and I walked there for an early dinner. The long queues were absent as we were early. Plenty of early fans for the game.  See http://www.pantrycafe.com/

We ordered and the food came quickly. I had the BBQ pork sandwich with cole slaw. Part of the menu below:
Beef Tenderloin........................$24.50
New York...................................$18.45
Top Sirloin................................$16.25
T-Bone.......................................$28.50
Club Steak.................................$13.95
Hamburger Steak......................$12.50
Pork Chops................................$13.95
Pantry burger.............................$11.65
BBQ Pork sandwich.....................$10.35
Philly cheese steak sandwich....$11.85

The servings were large and we had to go the extra mile to finish. There were long queues in the morning for breakfast so we were not able to get in for breakfast. The diner setting and the waiting staff were reminiscent of time from the recent past.

Do a plank instead of sit ups to exercise your core. Improves overall core strength as more muscles are used. The planks also improve your balance. The balance thing forces your body to use more muscles together thereby improving your fitness for your activities of daily living. See the Harvard medical blog on core muscles http://www.health.harvard.edu/fhg/updates/core-conditioning-its-not-just-about-abs.shtml

If you think you can do core training well try adding weights when you do a plank. Be careful seek medical or professional training/physiotherapy advice before you do this.
