Leon de Bruxelles Champ Elysees

Just climbed up the arc de triomphe. Got all the way to the terrace. Cold wintery day at the top. Had lunch on champs elysees. This restaurant had mussels, steak tartare & steaks for £14.9 lunch special. We also ordered the tasting plate with calamari, mussels and whiting. Service was quick and food was hot of the  oven. The special included a dessert. There were waffles and creme brulee. The waiter showed us how to make & mix the steak tartare as it came unseasoned or mixed with the tartare sauce. Taste like beefy delicious pate.
Hot chocolate was great for the cold winter's day.
