Little Lamb on James St

The hearth in the heart of Northbridge.

BBQ and hot pot all in one.

Fusion cooking media for heat on a cold evening.

Hot soup split in to flavours. Hot spicy on the left and clear soup with herbs on the right. 1hour of power walking should burn up the plates thin sliced lamb that go into the hot stock. This is then eaten with a variety of spicy sauces. Plenty of seafood such as mussels, squid, fish to go into the pot too.

Some flame grilling over hot coals. Plenty of shrimps on the BBQ. My two savvy fitness colleagues get the concept and start boiling and grilling after collecting food from great self serve platters. One has been to the gym at lunch and the other walked 4km to work. Another 4km back home before joining us at the dining table tonight.

Beer and soya bean chasers. Great to replenish the depleted muscles after a workout. Monitor the sugar load from the soya bean and carbs in the beer. The beverages are unlimited. A single entry fee is paid at the door. The food is all you can eat and drink all you can quaff.

More Grilled curry flavoured fish. Omega fatty acids for recovery. Hot coals under the food squeeze out any excess fat in the meats that we grill such as chicken wings and spiced meats. Vegans are not left out as there are sweet potato wedges, tofu, green veges and other less carnivorous foods to fuel the plant powered muscle in their system.

After about 3 beers - light - we call it a night. We walk out into the brisk night air. Could have eaten more but maybe next time. Maybe less meat and more vegetables. Don't worry about the all you can eat. Do the Últra long run, swim or cycle tomorrow.

Look at Rich Roll's plant powered muscle change in his figure from plant based nutrition.

Check out Rich Roll's website if you wanna be a vegan. Little Lamb but eat the veges & tofu. Body builders can still bulk up on all BBQ and seafood.
